Yes, when you connect a broker. Prices arrive through your own broker's data service, so they are as live as your broker's. The preview site you may be looking at uses made-up sample data.

Exchanges charge very high fees to republish live prices on public websites. Reading data through your own broker account, under your agreement with them, keeps prices live and plans affordable.

No. It only reads market data. It cannot place, change or cancel orders and cannot move money.

The scanner applies fixed rules, so it finds the same shapes every time. But a shape appearing says nothing certain about what happens next, and we make no claim about success rates.
