Yes, when the live feed is connected. Scanners refresh every few seconds during market hours (9:15 AM to 3:30 PM IST). The status bar always shows whether you are on live or sample data.

NSE cash stocks, NSE indices and NSE F&O stocks, including open interest and option chain. MCX and other segments are planned.

Every new account can start a {trial_days}-day free trial with the most-used scanners, limited result rows and ads. You can also buy a plan straight away and skip the trial.

Pay by UPI to the ID shown at checkout, then submit the UTR (transaction reference). We verify it by hand and switch your plan on, usually within a few hours on working days.

Open a demat account with one of our partner brokers using our link, place at least one trade within {referral_within} days of activation, then fill in the claim form. After we verify it, you get {referral_months} months of full access.

Yes. Candle Trade is built mobile-first and installs like an app from your browser (Add to Home Screen).

Yes. Choose Buy this plan on the pricing page, create your account, and pay by UPI. You do not have to start a trial first.

Access is switched off automatically on the end date, with no manual step. We email you 3 days and 1 day before, and again when it ends. Your watchlists, journal and alerts stay saved, and everything unlocks the moment you renew. Renewing early adds to the days you have left.

Use the same mobile number and email ID you gave the broker when you opened the demat account. We match them with the broker's referral report, so a different number or email will delay approval.

Some apps, BHIM among them, reject payment links to personal UPI IDs. Scan the QR code with any UPI app, or copy the UPI ID and pay manually. Then enter the UTR on the billing page and we will approve it.

It is fetched automatically from the exchange's published data every trading day. If a fetch ever fails, we enter the figures by hand so nothing stays empty.

Not yet. Candle Trade covers NSE stocks, indices and F&O today. Commodity scanners need their own session rules, and we would rather add them correctly than quickly.
