Referral offer terms

The offer

If you open a new demat/trading account with a partner broker listed on our referral page, using our referral link, we will add 3 months of full Candle Trade access to your account after you meet the conditions below and we approve your claim.

Conditions

You open a new account through the referral link shown on our referral page. Accounts opened without that link, or accounts that already existed, do not qualify.

Your account is activated and you place at least one trade within 7 days after activation.

You then submit the claim form in the app with accurate details (broker, client ID, mobile number, activation date and first trade date) and agree that we may verify them with the broker.

Each broker client ID can be claimed once, and each Candle Trade account can have one approved claim.

Verification

We check every claim by hand, using the broker's partner records. We may reject a claim that is incomplete, inaccurate, cannot be matched or looks abusive, and we will tell you why. You may fix the details and submit again. Approval is at our reasonable discretion and usually takes a few working days.

Free access

An approved claim adds 3 months of access, starting from approval or after any paid time you already have. The free access has no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Disclosure and no advice

We may receive a commission or fee from the broker when you open an account through our link. This does not increase what you pay the broker. We do not recommend any broker, security or trading decision; the choice to open an account and every trade is yours, and trading involves risk of loss. Check the broker's charges and terms before opening an account.

Your data

For a claim we collect your name, the mobile number and email ID used to open your demat account, broker, client ID and two dates, and share them with the broker only to verify the claim. See our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may change or end this offer for future claims. Claims already approved will be honoured.
