Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

When the free trial is switched on, you can start a 3-day free trial with no card needed, so you can check the Service before paying. You may also skip the trial and buy a plan directly.

No auto-renewal

Plans are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

When we refund

Because access is switched on as soon as your payment is approved, paid plans are generally non-refundable. We will refund the affected amount if you were charged twice or by mistake, or if the Service was unavailable for a long period during your plan and we could not make it right.

If we cannot activate your plan because of a problem on our side, we will either fix it or refund you in full.

How to ask

Email support@candletrade.in within 7 days of your payment from your registered email address, with your payment UTR and a short reason. We reply within 3 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer to the account the payment came from, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Free months from the referral offer

Free access earned through the referral offer has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
