1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Candle Trade, a website and web app at candletrade.in (the "Service"), run by Shrikrishna K, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service shows market data, scanners, option-chain analytics, charts, calculators and journaling tools for information and education. It is a software tool.

We are not a stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and we are not registered with SEBI in any such capacity. Nothing in the Service is investment advice, a recommendation, a tip, a target, a stop-loss, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in India. You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One account is for one person; sharing a login is not allowed.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the Service or put it at risk.

4. Free trial, plans and payment

When the free trial is switched on, new accounts can start a 3-day free trial with limited features and advertisements. The trial is optional, and you can buy a plan straight away instead. Paid plans give access for the period you buy. Plans are one-time payments by UPI and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases.

After you pay, you submit the UTR (transaction reference). We verify the payment by hand and activate your plan, usually within a few working hours. Access starts when we approve the payment.

5. Data accuracy and availability

Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong. Calculations (such as scanner results, option-chain analytics, charges and position sizes) are estimates. Always confirm prices and details with your broker before acting.

Where the Service shows "Sample data", the numbers are simulated and must never be used for any trading decision.

We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. No liability for trading losses

Trading and investing in securities, futures and options involves a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than you invest in derivatives. You alone are responsible for every decision you make and every trade you place, and for any resulting profit or loss.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our owner, contributors and partners are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, including trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or losses caused by data errors, delays, downtime, alerts that were late or did not arrive, or your reliance on the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.

7. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the data or the Service; do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it; do not use it unlawfully; and do not use it to give investment advice to others as if it came from us.

Scanner results and alerts are for your personal use.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, text and logo belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is active. Data from exchanges and vendors belongs to them and is subject to their terms.

9. Third-party services

Sign-in with Google or a broker, Telegram alerts and other links are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them. Partner broker offers are between you and the broker.

10. Changes and ending

We may change the Service or these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the change. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
